Hi everyone, my name is Fumito. I have been doing personal training with Yaakov for a year and a half. I am his first and only Japanese client I think. Before I met him, I had been only doing running when it comes to exercise. I had never lifted any dumbbells in my life. So my weakness was clearly my upper body. In the beginning, I could do only 12 push-ups and couldn’t do pull-ups without support. However, thanks to Yaakov’s effective and efficient training, I can do 50 push-ups like a piece of cake and also can do pull-ups. I am currently in Japan due to lockdown in SA but I have kept doing training with him online which really works. Yes, his training is a bit tough and it requires your commitment but there is also so much fun. If you want to change your body and even your lifestyle, it’s never too late to start.
