How often do I check in with my trainer?

As often as needed, every single day to make sure your workouts are being accomplished and on track.

 

If I have an injury, can I still get a training plan created specifically for me?

In most cases yes, depends on the type of injury. This can be confirmed over a zoom assessment & consult

Do I have to have a gym membership too?

No, there is no need to be intimidated or inconvenienced by going to a big scary gym. Your workouts may be done in your own home.

 

What if I do not know how to use gym machines or equipment for my workout?

No Problem!When I create your workout via Zoom/Skype with you, I’ll go over every exercise making sure you know exactly how to do it with correct form etc

How do I get in touch with my trainer if I have a question or want a change in my program? How quickly can this happen?

As simple as picking up the phone, a call, Whats App, Skype, Zoom call and even email. You can use any form of communication directly with myself Jake, NO need for other staff, trainers etc.

 

What does Online Personal Training Include?

Like in person personal training, you get personalised workouts tailored to your goals & fitness level. There is more regular engagement with online personal training as well as accountability! You are constantly/daily involved with your trainer as compared to in person training where you are only involved with the sessions in the week.

How often do my workouts change?

On average every 3 to 4 weeks but can be adjusted accordingly when needed

Everyone is different, but most of our members who follow our plans see steady, consistent results month after month and so will you.

Is my coach a real person?

Yes of course, I coach Jake will be working together with you personally & directly in creating that ultimate body, fitness and optimum health as well as help you overcome any challenges along the way.
